I am a self-taught artist born and bred in the beautiful New Forest.
I paint in oils and like my work to have a loose but realistic feel. The subjects I paint are all around me - ponies, donkeys, forest and harbour scenes. I also enjoy painting pet portraits, usually dogs and cats, but other more exotic creatures are always welcome...
As an antidote to the sedate world of oil painting I have spent a lot of my life playing guitar in several local bands including Cropdusters, Peeping Toms, Blackbombers and my current band called Sunny Jim Cyanide.

My paintings are usually between 8" x 10" (20cm x 25cm) to 16" x 20" (41cm x 51cm) in size and tend to range from £70 to £250 in price.
